It’s simple! With a one call number, your case can be faxed and discussed via phone with one of our Case Review Specialists. Within 30 minutes, you will have an admission status determination with recommendations to help with documentation efforts.

Yes, we can! We provide training and education for physicians, by physicians. Our nurse specialists also interact with physicians on a daily basis and through our hotline service, and can assess for documentation discrepancies and omissions.

Clients upload records to our HIPAA secure server or use our HIPAA secure fax line. Record access is limited to the Case Review Specialist assigned to the case.

Yes! We offer gap coverage which can be accomplished remotely or on-site, based on your specific needs.

While we encourage you to engage us for a while, our work can be as simple as subscribing for the hotline access. Ultimately, we want to serve you as best we can, and sometimes it can take time to properly assess, educate and then act to achieve the best results.
